Splittr requires authorization with Splitwise using the OAuth protocol. During this process, the user is interacting with Splitwise directly and the app only receives authorization tokens that allow it to access application programming interfaces.
Splittr never transmits information to 3rd parties and only communicates with the Splitwise servers directly. Splittr caches information locally for offline support.
